We offer free cancellation up to 14 days before your check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. We can also help you reschedule your dates at no extra charge in most cases.
Every BlueTerrace property is personally inspected by our team before listing. We verify cleanliness standards, amenity accuracy, safety features, and photo accuracy. We re-inspect properties annually and after any guest reports.
Our 24/7 support team is reachable by phone, text, or email at any hour. For maintenance issues, we have local contractors on call who can typically respond within 1–2 hours. Guest safety and comfort is our top priority.
Yes! Direct bookers can request early check-in (from 12pm) or late check-out (until 4pm) at no additional charge, subject to availability. Just let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Most properties have a 3-night minimum during peak season (May–September) and a 2-night minimum in the off-season. Holiday weekends may have a 4-night minimum. Individual property pages show current minimums.
